Gaia Salvi

Gaia has a background in the study of diversity and ecology of Italian butterflies, but she is also interested in bat behavior. For her master's research, she is investigating predator-prey interactions of Thyroptera tricolor, focusing on its responses to acoustic cues from potential predators. Gaia studies at the Sapienza University of Rome, and is being co-advised by Gloriana Chaverri, Leonardo Ancillotto, and Luca Santini.
