Our research group investigates collective behavior, focusing on how resource availability shapes group-level patterns and decision-making. By integrating fieldwork, experiments, and modeling, we seek to uncover how individuals coordinate to address collective challenges such as roost finding, maintaining group cohesion, and avoiding predators. While our work advances basic scientific understanding, we also aim to apply our findings to explore resilience in the face of changing environments.
